This is probably the best hotel in Surat . Excellent food, very clean & safe . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

話説在蘇拉特住了幾天Park Inn發現了瓶裝水的秘密後，我決定換一間更高檔的酒店，想必不會繼續跟水的不愉快。萬豪這家酒店以前叫The Gateway Hotel Athwalines，以前前一年已經轉給萬豪經營。如果説一次踩到狗屎是走運，那麼兩次踩到狗屎絕對是倒霉。未曾想，這個酒店的瓶裝水跟Park Inn是采購的同一家公司，而且同樣是用回收瓶罐的水。我沒有低估印度人民的友善，但確實是高估了印度資本家的誠實。這個衞生的一分不是給房間的，是給這個飲用水的。但是能怎麼辦，投訴了經理也是敷衍下。所以如果攜程不能如實呈現真實評論那就是為虎作倀了。
